Meet Our Head Coach
At Toronto Training & FST, we believe fitness is more than just exercise — it’s a lifestyle transformation. Leading our programs is Head Coach Justus, a certified fitness professional with over five years of experience helping clients across Toronto achieve lasting results in fat loss, strength training, and overall wellness.
Justus began his career at GoodLife Fitness, where he served as Assistant Fitness Manager for two and a half years and was consistently ranked among the company’s top performers. His success was built on a simple truth: clients don’t just want workouts, they want confidence, energy, and results they can sustain.
Specializing in personal training for both men and women, Justus designs programs that combine strength training, fat loss strategies, and mindset coaching. As a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST), he also addresses mobility, recovery, and injury prevention — ensuring clients train smarter, recover faster, and feel better in their everyday lives.
Justus’ coaching style is supportive yet challenging. He pushes clients past their comfort zones while building the discipline and consistency needed to create long-term change. His goal is to empower you to take control of your health, unlock your physical potential, and start living your ideal life.
